What we collect when you use builderdraft.com, why, and what stays on your own device.

Who we are

BuilderDraft runs builderdraft.com. For anything about your data, write to support@builderdraft.com.

What we collect

• When you buy: your email address, the name and company name you enter on the payment page, what you bought, and the amount and status of the payment. Stripe handles the payment, and we never receive your card number.
• When you ask to be told that a document is ready: your email address and the document.
• When you write to us: your message and email address.

What stays in your browser

Your cart, your language and the details you save in Brand my files (logo, company details and colour) are kept only in your own browser and are not sent to us. Your brand is added to the files on your own device.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites.

Why we use your data

To deliver your files, send your order email, answer your questions, handle refunds, tell you when a document you asked about is ready, and keep the business records the law requires.

Who helps us

Cloudflare (website hosting and order records), Stripe (payments) and Resend (order emails). They handle your data only to provide these services, and some of them may process it outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Requests to be told about a document are deleted once it is available, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to support@builderdraft.com. We handle requests in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date below.
